Hi, I’m Emma

I’m the founder of ECVA Collective, and I believe one thing wholeheartedly: when people feel supported, they do their best work.

For over 15 years I worked in HR, recruitment, PA and business operations — supporting leaders, teams and businesses across a wide range of industries. But over the years I noticed the same pattern everywhere I went: talented, passionate people feeling overwhelmed. Not because they weren’t capable — but because the constant admin was stealing their time, energy and momentum. Emails. Scheduling. Paperwork. Hiring. All essential, all time-consuming, all taking them away from the work they loved.

That’s when I realised people didn’t just need an extra pair of hands — they needed reliable, structured, personalised support they could trust. So after taking some time out to raise my daughters, I set up ECVA Collective: a VA business built around doing things properly, with care. I’m CIPD qualified, based in the New Forest, and work remotely or on-site depending on what suits you best.
